Unit 10:

This unit will provide you with the skills necessary to carry out a range of electrical and mechanical treatments availbale in the Beauty therapy industry. This unit will also incorporate figure analysis, self-tanning and light irradiation.

Unit 24:

This unit will help provide you with knowledge of Spa body treatments. Spa treatments are widely used for their therapeutic effects making the body more receptive to further body treatments. The unit will enable you to build a sound knowledge of existing and new spa body treatments within the beauty therapy industry

You will study the theory and practice of aromatherapy.  The course leads to a recognised qualification in aromatherapy.  Learners are required to complete practical case studies, and research to underpin the theory in assignments.

Unit 11 Electrical epilation

This unit will enable you to develop the skills needed to carry out safe and effective epilation. It will develop your knowledge of treatment procedures,equipment and techniques available, hygiene and client care and enable you to analyse client needs and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.
